Choose Your Gift
The donation form will pop up directly on the page. Choose "One Time" or "Ongoing," then select one of the suggested amounts of choose "Other" to enter your own amount.
STEP 3
Complete Your Donation
Follow the prompts to enter your information and payment details, then submit your gift.
Your donation will automatically be credited to Team Dax Attack. 💙
